Design And Implementation Of Approval Platform Based On Workflow

With the development of science and technology,manufacturing production efficiency of enterprises gradually increase,the corresponding treatment of product data information is more and more,the types of business processes become more and more abundant and various departments in the enterprise personnel for product data information in sequence alignment,audit operations have become increasingly frequent,the need for a system may facilitate entry of product information,product information between the Audit Department of automatic transfer review,and lasting preservation,convenient check the data information.The approval process of the system design as the goal,determine the overall design scheme of the system and modular design ideas,using the oriented object method to complete the system design,mainly includes the following several aspects of research:In theory,doing the research of Petri network,using the workflow and the success of the modeling of the system involved in the business approval process.Based on object-oriented data structure design,using MVC architecture to achieve the overall business function of the system, to facilitate the system’s business function module modification. Based on the workflow component provided by the Microsoft Foundation Workflow development platform,the basic activity unit of the system is redefined,which is convenient for the design of all kinds of examination and approval process. Using the encryption algorithm,stored procedures,triggers,JavaScript and other techniques used to assist in the form of data acquisition,change the state of the form, optimize the performance of the system,improve system security.Finally,by means of the examination and approval system run under the Windows XP system environment,the implementation of a complete form document approval process, in this process,through the database view form state,successfully verifies the feasibility of the system.
