Research On The Construction And Practice Of The Micro-blog Public Sphere

As the network technique is more and more ripen.The Internet revolution surging promotes the development of the Internet. And it has entered the Web2.0 era from the Web1.0 era. The technology of the Web2.0 which is characterized by decentralization,open and sharing has sparked a new media ecology revolution. The rapid rise of We Media which is represent by blog、micro-blog and WeChat brings us to a new era that emphasis on individual autonomy spread.Micro-blog,with its unique charm, becoming the leader in the media. It has unique forms of communication, make the traditional media environment changing disruptive; the characteristics of immediate release the information and enable it to play the carrier of public opinion, changed the previous static release mode, so that the audience is more convenient to know the news. Even more striking is that micro blog changed the discourse power from communicators dominate a pattern, to protect the public have the right to speak, thus forming a unique field of network public opinion for the construction of China’s Micro-blog public sphere discourse power provides a rare opportunity.This paper takes Habermas’ s theory of public sphere as the breakthrough point, and puts it into the Chinese micro blog context to investigate it. Due to the characteristics of freedom, equality and openness, micro-blog users can communicate in this platform through a variety of information to express different kind of views. This allows users to grasp the full power of discourse, so as to continuously promote the construction and improvement of the public domain of micro-blog network, but also to the public domain theory proposed by Habermas in the field of micro-blog has been once again verified. However, micro-blog’s performance in the process of building the public sphere is not perfect; it also brought a lot of problems. The social rapid economic growth has not only brought the value pluralism and recovery of self-consciousness but also lead the numerous private affairs to the public domain, resulting in social affairs public weakened, public and private domain boundaries become blurred, lack of emotional flooding and rational ability to distinguish, these problems will undoubtedly become the stumbling block in building the micro-blog public domain.The paper through Arendt and Habermas’ s theory and other related theory about public domain and put the proposed construction of public sphere in the three conditions as a theoretical reference, in micro-blog as the research object of this paper, focus on how to construct the path of public sphere in micro-blog, and according to some problems appeared in the micro-blog public sphere construction lists corresponding countermeasures of micro-blog, can play the biggest utility in the rational, stable platform for the public domain.
