| In recent years, with the improvement of people’s life quality and strengthening of physical exercise consciousness, audiences pay continuously more attention to various sports events, especially the performance of our country’s athletes on the international stage. There is a great gap between the traditional linear editing system, tape storage medium and file-based non-linear editing modes that are widely applied at present. However, the problems that cannot be avoided with the application of non-linear editing software under stand-alone environment are limited storage space of a single computer; materials cannot be shared; single editing cannot be joined with the subsequent programs and drastic decrease of production etc. Therefore, how to apply network technological means and production and broadcasting technology of video and audio to construct a set of network production and broadcasting system that can be used for live reports and broadcasting of large-scale sport events for the first-line production, which is the current goal of modern technicians to fully satisfy timeliness of news and video interviews of various kinds of sport events.According to the technical demand of rebroadcasting for the current sport events, this article conducts the research and design on the television network production and broadcasting system suitable for mobile spot report of large-scale sports events. This system is based on the design thought on the integration, networking and high-definition of production and broadcasting. Apply IP group storage technology to design network framework and the unit of system storage. Unify coding and encapsulation format with SMTPE MXF specification. It proposes the theory of ―optimum synthesis‖ in the material composition and designs management software of system production and broadcasting according to the reporting features of sports events, which connects the function of production and broadcasting and solves the technical problem of spot report for large-scale sports events. By the optimization of system integrated design, it achieves comprehensively a set of television network production and broadcasting system that is suitable for mobile arrangement for the spot reporting of large-scale sports events at any time anywhere.With the testing on the Asian Games and the Olympic Winter Games, the system design reaches to the desired effect after analysis on the obtained production data. Each functional module of network production and broadcasting system can guarantee the function of spot program production and broadcasting for domestic and foreign sports events. Regarding the scale of sport events, the system terminal quantity can be increased and decreased to make it completely suit for the spot reporting of various kinds of sports events. |
