To realize the application of satellite navigation requires the measurement data provided by satellite navigation receiver, and the quality of the measurement data directly affects the performance of the application of satellite navigation.As the application of satellite navigation keeps evolving towards high precision, such as precision geodetic surveying and precision engineering survey, crustal movement and engineering deformation monitoring, RTK measurement and so on. RTK(Real-Time Kinematic) technology is a technology that applies the carrier phase measurements to the real-time dynamic relative positioning. High-precision measurement receiver is a satellite navigation receiver focused on obtaining high-precision measurement data quality. Conventional evaluation indicators of receiver can no longer depict the needs of the field of high-precision application. Existing literature have relatively little research on how the quality of the data measured by high-precision receiver effect the performance of the RTK system. This paper, aiming at the issues mentioned above, carries out the study from the following three aspects:(1)To explore the RTK technology, this paper analyzes its main observation model, error source of the measurement and the data processing method of RTK. It builds a RTK software and hardware research platform by using self-developed monitoring receiver of the laboratory and carries out measured data processing and analysis of GPS and BDS. Among them, the data processing results of GPS·L1 frequency point is 9.3mm of plane precision and 7.7mm of height precision and the results of BDS·B3 frequency point is 2.8mm of plane precision and 2.8mm of height precision, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the RTK software research platform.(2)To solve the problem of detecting and repairing cycle slip in the RTK data processing technology. When two frequency points have cycle slip at the same epoch, the method of ionospheric residual to detect and repair cycle slip is not effective in repairing it. This paper proposes an improved method of ionospheric residual method based on Doppler auxiliary. The experimental analysis proves that this improved method has effectively solved the problem of ionospheric residual method mentioned above. When the two frequency points have cycle slip at the same epoch, the improved method can still repair the cycle slip. In this way, the accuracy and reliability of the method of ionospheric residual to detect and repair cycle slip has been greatly enhanced.(3)Aiming at the problem of the performance index of the RTK system is relatively clear, but the evaluation index of high precision receiver measurement quality is lack, cannot measure the high precision receiver designment independently, this paper put forward the evaluation index of the high precision measurement receiver based on measuring data quality. Based on simulation analysis method,this paper quantitatively study the impact of the quality of measurement date on the performance of RTK system, such as the precision of pseudorange measurement, the precision of carrier phase measurement and the features of cycle slip on the carrier phase. The results of the analysis has certain reference significance on the designment, research and development of the high precision measurement receiver.
