Glaucoma is a disease caused by absolute or relative increasing intraocular pressure. Since the main basis for the onset of glaucoma is irreversible and more than 50% of patients may be blind. An accurate detection of intraocular pressure has become an important factor in reducing the incidence. Therefore, it is significantly important to establish a relationshipmodel between fluctuations of intraocular pressure and micro-deformations of eyeball, especially for non-wounded and continuous monitoring in Intraocular Pressure fluctuations. Besides,build its signal transmission network by wireless is the key to the whole system.This paper is focused on non-invasive measurement of intraocular pressure. especially in the relationship between intraocular pressure and micro deformation of cornea. Through the medical experiments with isolated pig corneas a mathematical mode can be built. Then, with a detailed analysis of variable capacitive senor and inductive sensor a micro fluid senor based on variable capacitance has been designed. In addition, the theoretical results is also tested to be accurate by the ADS and a three-dimensional module is established by HFSS. In which each parameter can be calculated in the most reasonable way. Reference 13.56 MHz RFID card frequency measurement the experiment of the signal reception in the wireless way has been successfully finished and reflection parameter S11 is recorded. Since the data of experiments is collected the correctness and feasibility of this study can prove to be true.The establishment of the relationship between intraocular pressure and deformation of cornea help advance the entire study and the obtained theory makes it easy to design and processing a suitable sensor. The successful transmission and reception of the signal also provide a technical support to the system. Finally, efforts and results in this paper are all with one purpose and that is to help the study of intraocular pressure.
