Research On Digital Archives Information Service From The Perspective Of Big Data

Big data has been widely concerned in every domain at home and abroad since it came into being,and the archive is no exception.At present,the focus of the construction of digital archive has turned to digital archive information service.How to adapt to new ideas,new technology to construct a high-efficient digital archive information service system,improve the service efficiency and the satisfaction of users is an important content of the construction of digital archive.Big data brings opportunities to digital archive information service,and provides new ideas and solutions.Build a digital archive information service system from the perspective of big data has very important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the system theory and the service operation management theory,this paper uses literature research method,interdisciplinary research method and induction summary method to build the digital archive information service system from the perspective of big data.It also puts forward to the security strategy of the system,in order to improve the digital archives information service and the satisfaction of users.The research contents of this paper are as follows:The first chapter is introduction.It introduces the background,research status,contents,methods and the innovation points of the big data and digital archive information service at home and abroad.The second chapter is the overview of digital archive information service from the perspective of big data.It introduces the theory of big data and digital archives information service,including the definition,characteristics and treatment process of big data;the intension,characteristics,system of digital archive information service.It also expounds the opportunities and challenges of digital archives information service from the perspective of big data.The third chapter is the construction of digital archive information service system from the perspective of big data.Firstly,make clear thought of the construction of digital archive information service system from the perspective of big data.Secondly,divides the digital archive information service system into two parts,the onstage and the backstage,using the service operation management theory.Lastly,elaborate the elements of each part separately.The fourth chapter is the digital archive information service strategy from the perspective of big data.It proposes the digital archives information service strategy from the macro,meso and micro three layers,including the funding policy,legal standards,service concept,management cooperation mechanism,security technology,user feedback.The fifth chapter is conclusion and prospect.It Summarizes the conclusion,point out the deficiency of the paper,and look forward to the future research direction.
