In order to effectively solve this problem, data mining techniques have been developed, the technology can efficiently from complex lots of customers dig out valuable information in original data, and better deal with the problem of customer information.Moreover, according to the actual use effect, this technique can significantly improve the ability of the banking customer relationship management, and enhance its market competitiveness. And data mining technology in this aspect has obvious advantages, so there are a lot of research on this technology, and touse its customer intelligence analysis, so that we can play a decision-making for the bank’s customer service support.This paper is to develop a set of bank customer intelligence analysis system, this system can effectively improve the ability of Banks to handle customer information, to provide customers with better service. Based on the research on the whole first related meaning and background of this system is introduced, then the user requirement analysis is carried out using a use case diagram. Next on the demand analysis and design on the basis of the background database of the system, overall architecture and the corresponding function module. And then realize the function of the system related modules,system test was performed at the same time, the system test results were analyzed. The system normal operation, the development goal smooth realization.According to the practical application results show that the design of this kind of customer intelligence analysis system according to different user needs,provide the corresponding request information, can significantly improve the efficiency of information processing, saving human resources, the development of more effective customer help business personnel. All the data information centralized management, but also can effectively avoid some mistakes and errors, greatly improve the utilization rate of the system and to improve customer satisfaction also to have certain positive role, bring great convenience for the customer service work.
