This article is in view of current personnel management problems in school, the paper designs and implementers a management system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1. Before the system design, the paper gives a brief description of the background and significance of the personnel management system, and analyzes the development status of the personnel management system. Through the investigation of the personnel management system of functional overview. The system mainly includes nine functional modules of the institutions, they are organization management, personnel employment allocation, personnel appraisal, reward, employment education and training,salary and welfare management, technical qualifications, personnel information management, personnel going abroad, other daily business. Nine function modules are analyzed in this paper, and the performance requirements of the system are analyzed.2. The system is based on the J2 EE architecture, the system uses Java language for development, the system background database is the My SQL database. According to the needs of users, it is outline design of personnel system. The design ideas and technology are summarized in the paper. It designs the functional modules and the structure of the system, finally it is the design of network security and database. According to the outline design of the personnel management system, it is the detail design and implementation, this paper lists four module to design and implement, including the setup of administration, personnel recruitment, deployment management, personnel evaluation management and the management of education and training. The system processes and interfaces are implemented.3. After the design and implementation of the system, the system is tested, the system is tested by regression test, unit test, integration test and system test. The four methods are combined. The paper selects four modules to tested, they are institutional settings,personnel recruitment deployment management, personnel assessment management and education and training management, through the test, the system meets the needs of all functions.The design of this system meets the need of personnel management.
