Civil aviation as the safest mode of transportation, aviation safety as the top priority has been the daily work. Airline Aviation safety policy is: safety first, prevention, comprehensive treatment. Airline frequent types of errors and unsafe events during flight operations, these errors and unsafe events are likely to become the starting point of aviation accidents. According to the company’s internal safety management requirements and the latest National Civil Aviation aviation safety management regulatory requirements, application airline information and network technology, the establishment of a risk assessment and early warning systems to manage these security errors and unsafe events. From the demand for airline safety management starting to analyze and research, according to the characteristics and objectives of risk management, software engineering and information thought the standard model, we developed this set of risk assessment and early warning software, and the software to be with other airlines system interaction, so make sure the available interfaces. This paper introduces the research background, a comprehensive analysis of key technology and core system architecture and functional model. To identify those who use the system, they need to accomplish what this system work, how to complete the relevant work the system capacity and efficiency through demand analysis. Risk assessment and early warning system is based on Microsoft’s framework, namely Visual Studio2015 + SQL Server 2008 was developed. The system uses B / S three-tier architecture. This system is mainly to assist the airline staff in security-related work of running the daily operation of the airline risks that exist in the management, the main function is divided into QAR data management, event management unsafe, routine notifications, system risk analysis. In the design process and realization of the system, we use software engineering technology for the user needs survey, comprehensive systems analysis, design, programming source code and testing a complete software system engineering waterfall software development process. First, according to the needs of the aviation safety management system analysis, a clear demand for business and staff functions and ultimately the formation of a requirements specification document. Systems analysis from the aspects of risk assessment and early warning systems are discussed, including feasibility analysis, functional module analysis and data flow analysis and content analysis with cases, the eventual establishment of a business and data model of the entire system. Finally, the feasibility of the risk assessment and early warning systems have been proven, and implementation and system testing several steps gradually completed the aviation security risk assessment and early warning systems in accordance with system analysis, system design, system. The system uses a very user-friendly UI, easy to operate and improve the task allocation mechanism to improve the interactivity of the system.
