The financial management is an important basis in the process of enterprise decision-making. In the clothing enterprise’s financial management,is still in use in the past management mode. With the continuous development of enterprises, the traditional financial management mode is not only hindering the development of enterprises, but also is not conducive to the enterprise market competition. Then through the analysis, the clothing company decided to develop a financial management system in accordance with the needs of their business, so as to enhance the financial efficiency, reduce financial management financial investment,promote information sharing, and promote the modernization of enterprise management.In the introduction of this paper, the design process and the realization of the system are given in detail. The specific work mainly includes the following aspects:1、to carry out the clothing company’s financial management research. Research and Analysis on the traditional management methods used at present, clear the main business process management,understand the financial management of the enterprise content and a variety of decisions for other departments to provide support, so as to find out the problem of the traditional management. Then carry on the research of the system at home and abroad with the problem, find out the development direction of the current enterprise financial management and the key research contents. Finally, the core content of this topic is determined.2、the use of UML on the functional requirements of the system were analyzed.From the business analysis identify the system implementation of all the functional points,and the user and function of the use case analysis is determined for the functional requirements of the system. At the same time, system development is in the use ofinternal investment of a clothing company, the performance of the system is affected by the network environment. On the basis of the clothing company the performance of the system is described in this paper.3、Based on the basic analysis, the financial management system of apparel companies is designed in depth, including the software design of the whole system, the development and design of each function module and the operation flow analysis in the system. As a clothing company business more, with branches throughout the country, so the system is easy to maintain the B / S architecture of the system design. And the company’s data scattered in the various branches, according to the needs of the data needed to upload to the system for unified management and analysis, the system’s database design is critical. After completing the function design of the system, the concrete database table design is given.4、The system code is written in the Java language, which has cross-platform features. In order to be able to enhance the page that results, system development also used Java Web technology. After the coding work is completed, a comprehensive software test is carried out on the implemented system. The testing process includes server setup,deployment of applications, and simulation testing. The system has been scientifically evaluated through testing. The test results show that the financial management system to achieve the actual requirements of the garment enterprises.Through the use of the system, the clothing company in the financial management has been enhanced effectively, not only the staff of the work rate, but also financial data sharing speed. The result shows that the system can enhance the market competition ability of the enterprise, which is an important breakthrough in the process of enterprise information construction.
