Research And Design Of Enterprise Personnel Management Information System Based On B/S

For thepersonnel information management of modern firms,effective management ways and means has a pivotal position,that every enterprise can not be neglected,affecting the market competitiveness of an enterprise and the future development.The conventional personnel management way is not only easy to make mistakes alsocomplex,and the efficiency is low,unable to meet with the development of the modern enterprise management system.Therefore,the combination of computer technology for the development of modern enterprise personnel information management system can’t wait.Analysis in this paperbased on B/S structure of enterprise personnel information management system not only can improve work efficiency,but also to improve the market competitiveness of the firm.This paper first introduces the analysis and research of the system reason,analysis,research significance,the status at home and abroad and my main business;Then the paper introduces the development of the system and analysis of the relevant technology of the need to use to make;Furthermore,this article embarks from the business analysis,using the organization chart and department division of an enterprise and introduces the responsibilities of each department,combined with various departments responsibility to analyze the solution to the business problem,the system should be implemented using thebusiness processchart and business process reengineering for further explanation to the system.In functional analysis,the use of UML use case diagram function of the system were analyzed,and each function use cases for the use case description,makes the system development process has reference and avoid development errors,etc.;Also using package diagram to simplify function analysis.Then,this paper has carried on the data analysis to system analysis and research in this paper,using the function of the thumbnail systems to get the data,then draw a concept class diagram and the relationship between each entity class,then get the the table data structure of this systems.Finally,this article get summary and give a review plan,first to summarize this article,then analysis result is given.This paper researches on the firm personnel information management system in strict accordance with software system development method,combined with modern enterprise personnel management system and computer network technology,etc.,the change of the traditional method is conform to The Times development.
