Design And Implement Of The Property Management Information System Based On Web

In order to solve the problems of information management confusion in the current property management,this paper analyzes the essential causes of these problems,combs the current domestic and foreign related research results,completes the system modeling using unified modeling language,designs and develops a property information management system based on the Internet.The system aims to use the Internet technology to achieve property management,improve the property management and service processes,speed up information processing and office efficiency,thereby reducing the staff of the property company staff errors and work load,improving information and service management level,protecting the company’s normal income,and enhancing the enterprise market competitiveness.This project has established a general demand model via studying the related academic achievements and using UML.The real business is abstracted as a data model by Unified Modeling Language and the system functions are sketched out by using use case diagram,activity diagram and sequence diagram.The data model of the system,such as household,cost and parking space,is modeled by object-oriented technology,which reduces the complexity of the data logic,enhances the flexibility of the data model and improves the efficiency of system development.MVC model design is used to deal with UI,Control and ADO.NET entity data object logic processing to combing the design and development process and making the system easier to maintain.This paper develops the property management information system which uses ASP.NET as the develop language,IIS as the server and My SQL as the database.The system can complete the information management,payment management,parking management,water and electricity management,complaint management,role management,system configuration management and other functions.The system supports the management and maintenance of various services,including residential households,staff,facilities,parking spaces,services and so on,and makes full use of the convenience and reliability of the Internet to provide scientific,practical and efficient services to the property services.The system can improve the living experience of residential tenants,but also reduce the labor costs of property companies,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of property companies.The data modeling and system development method of this system have certain reference function to the related academic research and system development.
