| 3D printing technology is also known as rapid prototyping technology.On the one hand,3D printing will be a power of industrialization,on the other hand,3D printing began to applied to medical treatment.Compared with traditional products,3D printer to make the new product will fuse material,nanometer scale and printing electronic devices,etc into an organic whole,show was amazing new features,not only is love,have more obvious competitive advantage.Based on melt deposit forming 3D printing technology is developing rapidly,has the advantages of molding material widely,the operation is simple.Nozzle is one of the key components of 3D printing,its mechanical structure is complex,motor performance and temperature stability is the key to guarantee product quality.Therefore,the nozzle motor drive with temperature control research has the vital significance.Nozzle produce silk extrusion force source of stepper motor,the speed of extrusion and stability directly affect the quality of FDM nozzle into silk,so must drive the stepper motor control.FDM nozzle temperature stability affects the quality of the 3D printing products,therefore,temperature control is a key technology in FDM nozzle and parameters.In this paper,we study how content by optimizing circuit and improve the methods of control,to achieve the best points,3D printing by temperature sensor optimization of FDM nozzle temperature control loop compensation.The first thing to learn 3D printer nozzle control circuit and the work process,then the HOFI X1 printer circuit testing and analysis,to analyze and improve the temperature control of FDM optimization,as well as to the nozzle temperature control optimization and simulation software testing. |
