In recent years,the Internet and mobile communications technology have been rapidly developed.Especially the development of technology related mobile phone has formed a relatively mature mobile Internet technology and industry.At the same time,the e-commerce has developed to a certain stage and it is possible to provide convenient mobile banking payment service.However,compared with other countries,our mobile banking payment service security still has a considerable distance,no matter technically or in terms of policy.Therefore,the research on mobile bank secure payment solutions has become a hot topic in the current field of security and also has good practical value.By the analysis of mobile banking payment security vulnerabilities and security environment,this paper designed and developed a new mobile bank secure payment solutions.Based on RSA encryption algorithm provided by SDkey,the scheme developed a mobile payment certificate security encryption mechanism and mobile banking client.It provides users with mobile secure encryption services and mobile banking certificate service.SDKey holders confirm their identity by the way of password verification.At the same time it uses the signature service to authenticate the client and server.So it can provide safe online payment environment for mobile bank.The focuses of this article is to design and develop a security encryption system for the mobile banking payment.It includes the development of mobile bank payment security encryption and the security encryption payment system client.The mobile security certificate encryption system has solved the user's security needs,which includes security architecture,key generate,apply for a certificate,signature check,design and deployment of the certificate encryption security system and the identity authentication.By the design of mobile bank security encryption system,it can provide a unified,standard security encryption services for the mobile bank payment applications.Finally,the paper uses the simulation of Android system to test the mobile bank payment functions with security encryption.The test results show that the system meets the needs of mobile payment security on today's environment.
