With the continuous development of computer technology and information technology, its application field is gradually extended. Due to the need to spend a lot of manpower and paper, no paper examination due to its high efficiency, fairness and reliability has become a new form of examination and has been widely used. Firstly the no paper test application status were analyzed, based on Liaoning Engineering Technology University Institute of technology and economy, according to the actual, design and development of the one based on C/S architecture of paperless examination system. In this paper, the design of the system mainly from the test control and environmental control two aspects of design, through the use case driven and Rational Unified Process (RUP), the architecture as the center of the iterative method, using rational rose to late system analysis and design. The reason for choosing Rose Rational in this paper is that it supports the unified modeling language CASE tool, which plays an important role in the design process of this paper..With the network technology grow up, network has become our life everywhere, inducing education, shopping, consultation and work, etc. Today network developed rapidly, the application of web technology become more and more widely. For education industry, web technology application has obvious advantages. They can use web to manager students and teachers, organize exam on line, and put out some scholastic information by network. It is not only good for increasing diaphaneity of scholastic management, but also good for improving management level. The second chapter mainly introduces the related technologies involved in this paper, including VB, COM and VBA technology. This chapter is the theoretical basis of the whole paper. The third chapter is the demand analysis of the paperless examination system. This chapter firstly analyzes the current business process and points out the problems of the current examination system. On the basis of this, the functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system are analyzed. At the end of this chapter, the paper analyses the four main processes of assigning the test machine, sending the paper, starting the examination and recovering the paper by using the method of Case Use. In the fourth chapter, the overall structure of the system is designed, including the system architecture and the overall structure. The fifth chapter is the detailed design and implementation of the system, including the assignment of the test machine, the recovery of the papers, send the examination paper and the start of the four modules. The sixth chapter is the system test, and the reliability and practicability of the system are tested by several test methods. The test shows that this design can meet the actual needs and is stable and reliable.The function of this system is focused on the specific business requirements, supporting the paperless examination, automatic calculation of the test scores, support for the long-term preservation of papers. In order to further improve the work efficiency, thus saving the test cost, to from the source to solve the original business of high test cost, the occupation of teaching resources, teachers papers on task heavy and many other shortcomings.
