The Research And Design Of Office Automation (OA-Core) Based On SOA

For business purposes,the OA(Office Automation)system integrates more and more functional modules,but many modules do not meet the requirement of fine management enterprise.In addition,the OA products are so self-contained and hard to interact with other enterprise application system.It is difficult to integrate different system together.To implement a succinct,integratable and extendable OA,my company launched a OA-Core development and construction projects.I have tracked the project,and choose this project as my thesis.This paper analyzes many function module of OA system,extract the general function modules in common enterprise as the core component of OA system.The OA-Core project is built based on Service-Oriented(SOA)thoughts,and provides general account management services,general communication services,common workflow service,unified access service and knowledges service.The new OA-Core provides a common information platform for other business system.Based on the OA-Core,the enterprise according to their own management requirements,can easily extend their business system,gradually extend the scale of the information systems.It will become reality that every business system is their need and to meet their needs.The main content and achievements of this thesis are the follows:1.Redefined the OA System function,structure and organization system,delete all the extras,keep the core content,create the concept of OA-Core.The OA-Core change the OA application in enterprise,it became the core of enterprise system set.The OA-Core is the foundation platform of other systems.2.In the OA-Core,according to the need of query and classification of huge of information,the page create a new Information Classification Code and design a new Information Classification Coding Algorithm(ICCA)based on database.ICCA accelerates the query speed for information.3.In the unified communication module,this paper design the message queue and established asynchronous communication mechanism.This mechanism greatly improved the network performance when large quantities of SMS and Wechat message be Sended out.4.Designed a common workflow platform based on Microsoft Workflow Foundation,it can design a workflow in graphical form.The workflow platform has a strong ability of data interaction with other application system.5.According to the research of general permission system module,defines the basic principle and related concepts of access control.Then the paper provide the development boundary of the general permission system,and created the framework model of permission system.
