Design Of Smart Community Client Based On Android

Intelligent community is a new concept of community management.Cloud computing and mobile Internet technologies are used to transform and upgrade traditional communities.This article is mainly about building intercom,property management and community life.In general,the traditional building intercom system is not only expensive but also complex.Traditional property management is facing the problem of rising management costs,on the other hand communication between property and tenants is not timely.Community O2 O is a new concept that combines the Internet and traditional community consumption.Therefore,it is helpful to solve the above problems to accelerate the development and popularization of the intelligent community.The main content of this thesis: Considering the actual needs,I design and implement an intelligent community program based on Android.The details are as follows:(1)The preparation of theory,which mainly related to the basic theory of Android system and application development,such as development environment and tools,features of Android system,View system,network request and message mechanism and so on.(2)Design and implementation of each module.This part mainly including building access control,property management and community surrounding consumption.Building access modules include answering visitor calls,opening a door with a mobile phone.The functions of each section are encoded.In addition,application version detection and update functions and user personalization settings are added.Flowcharts and class diagrams are given in the main functional parts.(3)I checked UI and functional in this section.Once the desired effect is achieved,signing,packaging and publishing will be done.The innovation of this paper is:In order to upgrade and integrate the traditional building intercom,property management and community life services,mobile Internet is used.Users can enjoy the service with their phones.These questions can be solved,such as expensive and complex construction in traditional building intercom system,the poor communication between property and households,difficulties in property payment.
