| With the rapid development of informatization construction in China,enterprises and institutions show an increasing demand for informatization,especially for internet service and communication system.Existing operations management methods,however,can not very well reflect such basic issues as details of the task(who,when,where,what)and the completion of the task.In addition,existing systems store data mainly by photos,which makes it hard to manage and analyze data precisely.For these reasons,traditional manual methods of operations management can already not meet the needs of businesses which are huge and urgent.To guarantee permanent,efficient and steady informatization service,this paper reviews current status of operations industry in China and analyzes the deficiencies.On the basis of management process and regulations,it designs and then develops a system for operation management.This paper analyses the status quo of operations management,then expounds the system requirements from the aspects of system overall,user role,business process and function module.This system includes both Web and Android platform.Web platform is responsible for data logging and summary as well as task distribution,with such 8 modules as user management,resource management,operations enterprises management,check items and templates,task management,data management,alarm management and system management;while Android platform takes charge of task execution and data collection.Next,the related technologies this system used is Java language,with the back-end server being achieved by SpringMVC+Spring+Mybatis framework and the front-end page by AngularJS.Secondly,which are further explained by such aspects as system frameworks,detailed design for every modules,key technologies’ design and development.The system is tested and the results are analyzed.At the end of the paper,we makes a conclusion and proposes further study direction.This system also takes K-means clustering analysis algorithm to collect,process and analyze big data of operations management,which optimizes the operation process and thus ensures the quality of communication system. |
