| Digital Subtraction Angiography,DSA is a new technology in medical imaging after CT in 1980’s.DSA is a new clinic method which is the combination of computer and general X ray Angiography,DSA equipment are mainly used in the interposition operation of cardiovascular and border vessel.This paper is based on SIEMENS’s Zee III biplane Artis system,the important part of X equipment,DSA-ray system,flat panel detector and digital imaging system,mechanical motion system,the work principle of the system analysis,detailed analysis and study of high voltage generator,computer control system composition and working principle.By analyzing and studying the whole system,the overall performance and working mechanism of the system are mastered.The whole DSA system contains abundant internal communication network and the CAN bus is a very important one.This thesis analyzes the structure and working principle of DSA device based on Siemens Artis Zee III biplane system,and analyses the components of each functional module in the system based on CAN bus.Analysis of the collimator control unit,a high voltage generator control unit and a flat panel detector control unit of CAN bus and the control principle,focusing on the analysis of the frame motion control function,analyzes the motion control unit and can control mechanism.The components of each functional module in the system are analyzed with CAN bus Control,the function of the motion control part is analyzed,and the fault of the actual application is analyzed.Design embedded CANopen network of master station and slave station which has the function of digital I/O.Application program create different tasks for different application objects.The purpose of this article is analyzing the failure cases in the practical applications deep and give some useful advice for the repair and maintenance for the DSA.In this paper,the fault case an actual use of the in-depth analysis,focusing on the relevant CAN bus communication with fault-related causes of failure of a detailed analysis,propose appropriate solutions based on the results of analysis of DSA repair and maintenance to provide useful reference.Combined with CANopen protocol designed CAN intelligent node DSA communication systems,detection and analysis of error code CAN communications,CAN communication quickly locate the error. |
