Design And Implementation Of Sales System Of Mechanical Processing Industry

With the inereasingly fierce competition of global steel market and the rapid development of information technology,large-scale iron and steel enterprises gradually increase the degree of attention to information.The development mode of using information technology to drive automation has been formed.The major iron and steel enterprises keep pace with the times and gradually change the business model and management model from traditional artificial management system to information and automation management system.In this context,ERP and MES information management systems have been widely applied in major iron and steel enterprises.As a subsystem of the ERP system of Benxi Iron and Steel Processing Machinery Company(hereinafter referred to as),sales management system plays a very important role.Sales management is mainly for the management of related businesses in the enterprise sales department.It tracks contract’s full life cycle.Through the system,operator can dynamically grasp the implementation of contract,production execution,stock situation and payment status,etc.The general sales system adopts SQL 2012,and the programming languages.Visual Studio 2012(C#)and Silverlight technology.Through four stages work of system analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing.six functional modules of the sales system can be achieved,respectively,the basic information management.contract management,contract tracking management,delivery management,payment management and decision analysis.This thesis mainly focuses on the general sales management system accomplished under the background of specific sales business of Benxi Iron and Steel Processing Machinery Company,combining with the group control requirements and the overall design requirements of ERP.The thesis firstly introduces the research background and shows the necessity,purpose and significance of the project implementation through analysis of the status of domestic and foreign machinery processing industry.Secondly,it describes the whole process of the realization of the sales system in detail,from the aspects of analysis,design,implementation,and testing etc.Finally,the work in this paper is summarized and the work plan of the next step is prospected.
