Mobile OA is the product of the rapid development of the communication industry and the IT industry to intermingle,it will be the communications industry in the communication convenient,the user scale,and the IT industry in software application maturity,in the business of content rich,perfect together,make it become the following computer paperless office,a new generation of office mode after the Internet remote office.This article is aimed at the background of this research,Using the workflow theory,design and implementation to complete the enterprise mobile office administrative affairs.In the course of the study in this article the administrative affairs of every aspect of the approval package into specific workflow templates to facilitate the approval process in all aspects of circulation by way of a workflow engine-driven workflow template.In the course of this research,the first actual administrative approval for the management needs of enterprises conducted an investigation,and then combined with the results of research to design a workflow engine management,transaction management applications,offline approval management,mobile approval management,instant messaging and management functions module,and the use of the class diagram and the timing chart for each module a detailed design.Practical completion of the design work of the system.In the realization phase of the system,we use technology to function Domino system was realized,given the realization of the effect of a specific module.And the use of black box and white box approach to system functional modules were tested to verify the functionality of the system effectively.Through this study,not only changed the traditional business model of administrative affairs for approval,and with the approval of the application offline and mobile approval capabilities,making the line transaction processing efficiency of enterprises increased by more than 35%.The application of the system has achieved good results in practical application of the internal management of enterprises in the process.
