In the "Made in China 2025" plan,China gradually into an era of "made by light",one of the main areas of "made by light" is laser processing.In the modern industrial production,the Laser processing technology is becoming more and more important and common.Its high efficiency and accuracy and the characteristics to adapt to the different processing material makes the traditional processing methods can not compare with them.With the improvement of industrial automation technology the traditional lathe processing technology has began to upgrade,laser processing system has being more and more advanced.Especially in combined with the machine vision technology make its higher efficiency and better accuracy and intelligent degree is higher.But there are few traditional lathe with machine vision,when Laser drilling on a certain position of the working face that we need to manually measure to calculate the values of target position coordinate before processing,it is More troublesome and manual measurement error is bigger.In this dissertation,it is based on the study of laser etching system of performance indexes and functional requirements for design and put forward the processing accuracy is 0.5mm,and set the STM32 as the core of the hardware platform,and design the peripheral circuit and interface.Develop the PC interface and the control software of ARM processor system.Include file transmission,data read,interpolation algorithm,closed loop control and motor speed control,etc.At the same time for the above problems of traditional lathe,this paper research the laser machining path recognition algorithm based on machine vision,make the processing system can automatically target point positioning and automatically identify the path which need to processing and automatically according to the path for processing.And through simulation and the experiment has proved the accuracy of recognition and localization is 0.1mm.Finally have debugging and testing,completion of the whole system assembly and then begin download the program and processing several kinds of patterns.And can be very intuitive to observe its process is very smooth,use the vernier caliper and the machine vision to inspection the traces of processing to get the accuracy and it is 0.5mm.The data show that can achieve the required performance.
