| China’s mobile Internet is developing rapidly,and the popularity of intelligent terminals is becoming higher and higher.The application of information service by APP blossom everywhere,and has formed a new situation of Internet plus.On the other hand,in the shipping industry aspect,the International Maritime Organization(IMO)has been advocating e-navigation strategy,and strengthening the ship’s ability of service from berth to berth.So,for China’s river system basically covered 3G/4G signal it,to build a modern inland Navigation Information Service system combined with the concept of e-navigation and Internet plus will be the general trend.In this paper,combined with the current situation of the development of China’s inland river,to explore the practice mode of concept of e-navigation in the inland river Navigation Information Service using Internet technology.The main contents of research and finish are following.1)Data model of inland navigation service information and design of product specification.we studied the data model of ship information,navigation information and navigation safety information based on the general data model of e-navigation S-100,developed the product specification,and designed a product specification encoding called NavJSON data format.2)Communication scheme for inland Navigation Information Service.This paper made an in-depth research on the data transmission technology of the inland river Navigation Information Service system,and put forward a scheme combined XMPP instant messaging and Web Service interface.XMPP achieve to the push of real-time navigation information,and Web Service can provide a more rich and flexible data services.NavJSON act as a "generic data structure" role,as a unified format for transferring data between ship and shore segment systems,which load on XMPP and Web Service above.3)Design and implementation of inland Navigation Information Service system.Referring to the general framework of e-navigation,a feasible Navigation Information Service system is designed and implemented for the Navigation Information Service of a single maritime department.The ship end is an APP ran on ship navigation system of intelligent mobile phone or tablet computer,and shore environment main includes instant communication service system,maritime supervision system and operation database.The design and implementation of the system has been applied in a certain section of the Yangtze River,and achieved good results.It is hoped that the research results can be helpful to the development of inland Navigation Information Service system in china. |
