| As the communications industry into the era of mobile internet,unlike traditional internet,mobile internet user perception is limited to the access device that is mobile terminals.Good mobile terminal can greatly enhance the user perception of mobile internet use,help promote the development of mobile internet data services,communications industry operators for mobile terminals used by the users are given a strategic concern.How to build a mobile terminal identification system and make commercial applications,mobile internet has become a hot spot direction terminal software product development.Based on this background,the mobile communication terminal customer inventory management were studied to establish a mobile communication terminal customer inventory management model by the method of big data.Firstly,the principles and application of large data were introducted;secondly,given the method of establishing the mobile terminal operators target recognition models,including the establishment of a data input process models,customer identification model and other models,the potential customer identification model and other content;Secondly,for potential and existing customers were mining model analysis and calculation and processing,customer preferences to the recommended content,recommended content popular content or terminal adapter,external service support,externally interactive platform standardization process management and other issues have been studied;Finally,a potential replacement for customer identification model has been designed,including the potential replacement design to customer needs analysis,model input system modeling process,the model output,etc.,we are given model algorithm and the impact assessment. |
