The Research Of Fitting APP Interaction Design Based On Goal-directed Theory

Nowadays,online clothing shopping brings some convenience as well as some certain problems,a prominent one of which is difficulty in fitting.Therefore,virtual fitting software began to appear in people’s vision.The research on the fitting software,both here and abroad,mainly focused on the technical aspects of garment modeling,while paid less attention to the user experience.Goal-directed design method is a classic design method of user-centered design theory,which focuses on user experience and integrates the user’s expectations and design tightly.Based on goal-directed theory,this thesis analyzed the relationship between different levels of users,and identified the user goals of the APP.The overall design of the fitting APP was completed with the goal directed,which can provide reference for the following application of the goal-directed theory.Based on goal-directed theory,the design of fitting APP is studied in this thesis,and the main contents included are as following:(1)User goal relational model is proposed.User goal,which is the core of goal-directed theory,is studied in depth.The corresponding relationship between user goal and motivation is discussed,and the relationship between different levels of users is analyzed to establish the model.(2)Existing fitting APP is analyzed based on goal-directed theory.The market status of fitting APP is analyzed through competitor analysis and usability testing.Then,design analysis guided by goal-directed theory is implemented to get the user goals and design elements of the fitting APP.The interactive design process of fitting APP is summarized based on goal-directed theory.(3)User goals of fitting APP are identified.Firstly,through questionnaire,problems consumers encountered in the process of online clothing shopping are discovered,and typical users are invited to qualitative in-depth interviews to mining user requirements and expectations for fitting APP.Then,according to the results of the study,the user groups are divided into primary and secondary,and then analyze the goal of user groups in the experience level,emotional level,and functional layer.Typical user roles are created and scenarios using fitting APP are constructed,in order to get the target needs of typical user roles.Finally,design principles of fitting APP are summarized.(4)Fitting APP design practice and usability verification.According to design principles and user goals,fitting APP interaction design practice is conducted,and its usability is tested through paper prototype testing method.The usability of the design is tested according to the task completion,while the usability and satisfaction of design practice is evaluated by scales.The test results verify the usability and satisfaction of the fitting APP design practice.In this thesis,fitting APP is taken as an example to make an in-depth study on the application of goal-directed theory in interaction design,and relational model of user goals in different levels is proposed.The whole design of fitting APP is completed with goal directed,which fully validates the importance of goal-directed theory in interaction design,and has certain guiding significance to the development of the fitting APP interaction design.
