The Design And Implementation Of Disinfection Products Traceability Management System For Liaocheng People’s Hospital

In recent years,with the development of computer technology,all walks of life have begun to use informational and digital management,especially in the medical and health industry.Our country have paid more and more attention to the management of disinfection materials.The increasing medical equipment and expanding disinfection workload make the traceable management model of the traditional disinfection is no longer applicable.Advancing with the times,Liaocheng City People’s Hospital starts the development of the information platform to help improve the efficiency and quality of the tractable management of disinfection materials.Driven by this requirement background,the design and development of Liaocheng City People’s Hospital Traceable Management System for Disinfection Materials has achieved some results.The overall system used B/S architecture,that is browser-server-side architecture.The system used MVC design pattern during the design and development,which can separate business logic and data display to get a good maintainability.The system used the SSH framework to encode,and used the object-oriented Java language to write,so that the system code structure had good robustness.More than that,the system used SQL Server 2014 as the back relational database to store the business data involved in the system.Liaocheng City People’s Hospital Traceable Management System for Disinfection Materials totally achieves five core functions,for respectively,disinfection supply center management,material management,file maintenance,traceability and reporting and clinical medical department management.Among them,traceability and reporting mainly achieved thirty-two sub-functions,including package tracing,instrument tracing,patient tracing,equipment tracing,recovery statistical,recovery reports,recovery statistical reports,cleaning statistics,cleaning statistical reports,matching statistics,matching statistical reports,sterilization statistics,dispatch statistics,dispatch reports,cleaning equipment statistics,sterilization equipment statistics,equipment maintenance,external package statistics,non-conforming package statistics,workload,accessory consumption statics,department issued statics,materials issued statics,materials storage statistics,usage statistics,book statics,borrow statics,storage statics,in-warehouse statics,ex-warehouse statics,validity statistics and release analysis.The development and use of the system will be able to improve the management efficiency and management quality of disinfection materials in Liaocheng People’s Hospital,and can track each medical equipment package,so as to ensure the daily operation of the hospital and to a model for other local hospitals.
