As the rising incidence of human disease in recent years, the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of diseases has increasingly become the focus of research.The brain is a high-level nerve center in the human body, the most complex organ of functional and organizational structure.For many diseases prevention and diagnosis,to complete the medical image processing and analysis of the brain to carry out the study of brain-related pathology is of great significance. With the development of computer information technology and digital image processing technology, and at the same time learn from the relevant mathematical theory, this research will gradually let the theory become reality.In this paper, the brain medical image processing method is based on the Riemann uniform theorem and Riemann mapping theorem to the complex structure of the cerebral cortex projected into the standard area, in order to overcome the complex structure of the cerebral cortex, gully and more difficult to study, more intuitive display analysis of the brain's medical image morphology, but also for the next step in statistical analysis of data laid a good foundation.The main work of this paper is:(1)Introducing the basic theory of conformal geometry and surface registration;(2)The parametric related methods are discussed, and the method of plane parameterization and spherical parameterization are discussed emphatically;(3)We study the surface registration method based on harmonic mapping on genus zero closed surface and the method of parameterized surface registration for discrete Ricci flow on a genus zero surface with boundary;(4)In the application of Ricci flow method registration, in order to facilitate the data processing, the introduction of a finite spherical harmonic smoothing algorithm;At the same time, an improved Newton method is proposed to solve the optimization problem. The iterative calculation is much less than that of the pure Newton method, and the results are basically consistent;(5)Using the Microsoft Visual Studio software and the OpenGL image processing interface function, a conformal mapping method based on harmonic mapping is used to program the conformal surface of the closed cerebral cortex to be mapped onto the unit sphere and visualize the function Using the Ricci flow equation formula and the Ricci flow parameterization algorithm, the calculation of the part of the occipital part of the cerebral cortex in the boundary of the cerebral cortex with the genus was calculated.
