Wireless network control system is a distributed system based on wireless communication that has gradually emerged in recent years.It makes use of wireless network to connect the system nodes in different positions,get rid of the dependence of the control system on the metal transmission medium,and has the advantages of low cost,easy maintenance and easy expansion.However,due to the vulnerability of wireless network communication,its data transmission delay,data packet loss and other factors make the design of wireless network control system controller becomes very difficult.PID controller is widely used in wireless network control system,which has strong robustness and versatility,and is easy to implement in industrial control system.In this paper,the wireless network control system is considered the research direction,to improve the system robustness and reduce communication delay negative impact on the system for the purpose of wireless network control system of PID control problem.First of all,give a detail about the basic factors affecting the system in wireless network control.Emphatically introduce the network delay,main influence factors of network,analysis the influence of time delay on system stability,and verify the superposition of time delay.Secondly,introduces the basic theory of internal model control,construct the IMC-PID controller which has the form of PID controller,the controller is added to the wireless network control system,and the particle swarm optimization strategy is used to optimize the weighting coefficients introduced by IMC-PID controller.Then,analysis the related mathematical theories of generalized predictive control,and study the PID control based on generalized predictive control.The improved algorithm is proposed,and the controller is applied to the wireless networked control system.Finally,the simulation analysis is carried out,the simulation results show that the IMC-PID controller and the PID controller based on generalized predictive control has strong robustness,can reduce the overshoot of the system,suppresses the interference,and compensates the network delay.so as to improve the control quality of the wireless network control system.
