| Nowadays,the pollution of environment is severe.Numerous cities are affected by the smog all over the country.In this condition,our national policy encourages us to develop new energy construction,and photovoltaic power generation is in a high-speed development trend with policy support.Distributed solar PV station generation is also booming in all parts of the country due to the high rate of returning on investment.However,it is still relatively backward that application of grid and audit of electricity sector by paper.With the increase of installed capacity of distributed solar PV station station,the problem of grid connection is found to be more difficult in the area with abundant solar energy resources.This thesis introduces the application of the distributed solar PV station grid application system which can solve this problem.It can be convenient for users to apply the grid connection even at home,and electricity sector can accept and examine the application of grid connection in the office.Based on the current research on the grid connected work of distributed solar PV station plants in China,this thesis designs and realizes the application system of distributed solar PV station.This system provides an online information exchange platform for individuals and related sectors in the work of distributed solar PV station plants.The design concept is to make the system platform safe and reliable,easy to operate,standardize the process and management.The system uses data online,standard process operation and other technologies to support users to submit applications and related information online,and support the relevant functional departments to audit operation online.According to the design idea of modularization and system requirements,the system can be divided into registration / login module,application module,user complaint module,upload / download file module and database module.On the basis of fully understanding the needs of the subject involved in the system,a multi user name management system is developed.The system uses Eclipse_JavaEE as the development tool,Java as the main development language to achieve the background business logic functions.It uses Tomcat as a back-end server container and database server and uses MySQL for data transmission to provide background service support.It also uses html+css+js as the front-end development language,with a good user interface to display the data to complete the system design.Different subjects in the system have different operating privileges.The related subject can enter the system through a Web browser to view the progress of the application and audit work and make the corresponding operation,complete the feedback interaction between the various entities.The application of the distributed solar PV station grid application system in this thesis can improve the efficiency of grid connection application and audit work in a large part.And it also saves a lot of paper materials to meet the requirements of energy-saving emission reduction.At the same time,the system achieves the goal of the efficient work and the liberation of labor by the simple and quick main body operation,simple interface,complete content. |
