The Design And Implementation Of Production Safety Management System For Jinan Cigarette Factories

As a large state-owned enterprise with long history,Jinan Cigarette Factory have made outstanding contributions to economic development.In the course of enterprise development,safety production was always be placed in the primary position of daily work.A safe,stable and efficient production environment was created by setting a seriesof measures to create,while a relatively sound safety production management mechanism was formed.With the continuous development of the enterprise,the mechanism gradually exposed some issues,like part of the business processing efficiency is not high and poor communication between each level of personnel,affecting the further development of relevant works.Therefore,Jinan Cigarette Factory decided to carry out the research and development of the safety production management system.During the research and development process,B/S architecture,MVC design patterns,SSH framework,Oraclellg database and WebLogic middleware and other technologies were used for Jinan Cigarette Factory Safety Production Management System.B/S architecture and MVC design pattern was used for the hierarchy of technical architecture for the system,and SSH framework was responsible for all technical aspects.Oracle11g database was mainly used in the data management level of the system,while WebLogic middleware was used for the deployment of the system,so that effectively ensuring the stability of the operation environment of the system.Jinan Cigarette Factory Safety Production Management System achieved several main functions,including construction of basic management standard,on-site inspection of standard management,post assessment and evaluation management,and prediction and precontrol management.Construction of basic management standard implemented functions of dangerous source management,laws and regulations management,organizational structure responsibility management and education and training management.On-site inspection of standard management implemented functions of security inspection management,evaluation standards management,security inspection management and security risks management.Post assessment and evaluation management implemented functions of post specification evaluation management and assessment and evaluation criteria management.Prediction and precontrol management implemented functions of education and training indicators management and emergency exercise indicators management.Jinan Cigarette Factory Safety Production Management System is started with the daily operation mechanism of the factory and the approach way of safety production management.Through the analysis of business needs,the involved types of daily regulations and the evaluation and control criteria are sorted out,so as to improve the operation efficiency of the safety production management and the quality of the processing.On the other hand,the system putting into use is conducive to enterprises to further build a stable and harmonious production environment,which can enhance the communication between the internal staff and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the enterprises.
