| In recent years,with the rapid development of information construction of feed industry,the existing Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)system has been widely used in the feed industry.However,in terms of feed production enterprises,the production management module in the ERP system is not directly docked with the feed production system,but it count the consumption of raw materials and the output of products from the feed production system by hand,and then input them into ERP system in the form of paper reports.This way is not only a waste of human and material resources,and don’t guaranteed the timeliness and accuracy of the data well,even lead to ERP system can’t work properly.At the same time each subsidiary’s production plan is not controlled by the head office,is not conducive to the headquarters to arrange production plan.So it is of great significance to develop a set of docking system of deed production and ERP.The rocking system of feed production and ERP,which was designed in this paper,can quickly obtain the production planning information in ERP system,and reasonable adjust them to pass to the production system for production,and put the information of production data back to ERP system timely and accurate,achieve the direct docking of feed production and ERP system,liberate human and material resources,improve the efficiency of the work,timeliness and accuracy of the data,conducive to the better management of feed production enterprises.When developing the docking system,we also need to strengthen the production data mining,analysis and utilization.Forecast,as a common method of data mining,analysis and utilization,has important significance in feed industry For example:using the known data information in ERP and production system to forecast the consumption of raw materials and the output of products is not only conducive to feed enterprises timely update the inventory and production plan,grasp the market demand,improve the efficiency of production,but also can guide feed enterprises to develop a production strategy.So that feed enterprises can better adapt to market development,and improve the core competitiveness.This paper introduce grey theory and its improved algorithm,and the improved algorithm is used in the consumptio n of raw material,the experiment result shows that prediction accuracy is improved,so impro ved grey theory can be better used for consumption of feed raw material and output of product ion forecast.And on this basis,this paper designs and develops a prediction module in the docking system.Through the reasonable application of the forecasting algorithm,the forecasting module can realize the consumption of feed raw material and the output of production forecast in different situations,so as to meet the needs of feed enterprises. |
