The television and broadcasting industry of China is in its transformation from the original administrative work tmit with publicity role to an enteprise entity However, till now, its personnel administration system has not shaken off the bureaucratic touch.The outdated management system will become an ever-larger tacle to the development of the industry.The problem is especially severe for regional TV stations that are at the grass root of the system.Due to their limited coverage and influence,they have to face the crisis of human resource and survival in the coming years.With the establishment of zhangjiagang TV media company have to adapt to the needs of the market structure, initial market format conversion, and established the evaluation system. Although in recent years, zhangjiagang TV media company in human resources management in some specific work performance, obtained certain achievements, but there are still many problems. First, performance management, managers and employees are lack of correct understanding of human resource performance management; Second, the lack of scientific performance management system, mainly in incomplete performance plans, performance appraisal index set is not scientific, the lack of performance feedback and performance coaching communication does not reach the designated position; Third, poor performance management results application, insufficient management achievements role play, narrow application range. Zhangjiagang TV media company wants to improve competitiveness to occupy more market share, further develop yourself at the same time, the problems existing in the human resource management is the biggest obstacle to hinder.In this paper, through the analysis of zhangjiagang TV media performance management problem, Measures for improvement have been proposed. First of all, both managers and employees, must change concept on thought, and improve the understanding of the performance management; Second, Performance management system has been improved from four aspects. first, a reasonable performance plan was established, the company’s strategic target was assigned to the department, and then from the department of decomposition to the people.Second, Performance evaluation indexes was perfect.The balanced scorecard was established reasonable index from four aspects.Third, Performance appraisal mechanism is established and Problem has been put forward.Fourth, the establishment of the mechanism of performance feedback interviews, to ultimately achieve the purpose of performance management, to put forward the next plan. Finally, the results of the performance management in salary bonuses, assessment, staff training, promotion of use. Through the study of zhangjiagang TV media performance management, to give reference to same type units.
