With the rapid development of Computer Science and Internet Technology, the Internet Crime problem is becoming critically important. Especially in Xinjiang, the frequent and severe violence and terrorism has caused serious impact on the economic and social development. It’s found in the detection of the violence and terrorism that the terrorists use phone memory card, U disk, hard disk to play, copy and store the violence and terrorism audio and video, thus to promote the "Jihad", ethnic division and religious extremism, which are the main causes of ethnic hatred and violence and terrorism attacks. The wildly downloading and spreading of violence and terrorism audio and video has severely damaged the stability and unity of the Xinjiang. Therefore it’s urgent to build an efficient and high stanard detection system to recover the deleted violence and terrorism files in the digital storage.Based on the data recovery technology, this paper designs and implements the violence and terrorism Tracking System. The main parts of this thesis include:(1) The current research and application of the violence and terrorism audio and video systems are analyzed, the shortcomings of current systems in data collection and recovery are discussed, as well as the data recovery and digital evidence technology are researched.(2) The Tracking System’s functional and non-functional systematic requirements are analyzed, and the whole structure and technical routes are built based on the analysis. The system has divided into 5 modules:logical data recovery function module, documental data recovery module, violence and terrorism audio and video feature extraction and identification module, violence and terrorism audio and video document classification based on Libsvm algorithm module, and violence and terrorism audio and video MD5 value comparison module.(3) The system’s main function has been designed and implemented, and the Tracking System’s environment are discussed. The system has been tested and the result shows that the recovery rate of the document is 95% and the violence and terrorism audio and video identification accuracy rate is 98%. Compared with other Tracking Systems, the one in this paper’s recovery rate and identification rate is 1.5%~2% higher.The violence and terrorism audio and video Tracking System based on the data recovery technology in this paper has been applied in the Police Department. This Tracking System can efficiently identify and recover the deleted violence and terrorism audio and video, thus effectively prevent the violence and terrorism audio and video from spreading. This Tracking System has partly solved the difficulties of violence and terrorism audio and video identification, recovery and distraction, and increased the efficiency of violence and terrorism audio and video, thus reached its designed target.
