In the 21 st century, China put forward and implemented "going out" strategy in publishing industry and export trade was an important form. Especially since the implementation of the "One Belt One Road" strategy, China strengthened the economic cooperation and cultural exchanges with the countries alongside, overseas publishing market prospects.In recent years, as dominant country in the publishing industry, China shows a diverting change in international publishing trade, which is the growing export number of publications and copyright and species, even the expanding region. However, China is not powerful in publishing. The main problem is the low level of international competitiveness of publications and the serious copyright trade deficit. There are many obstructive factors. Throughout the publishing industry trade of the countries in the world, the paper selects the UK and the Korea publishing industry as a case to analyze. British publishing industry is relatively mature, especially in the development of export trade, mainly in the mature operating system,specialized publishing to establish a global brand and the globalization trade horizons etc. Korea as an Asian countries quickly became a rising star in the publishing industry that its successful experience including the improving competitiveness of the publishing industry by government support, the publishing industry development model of "one source multi-use", rapid development in digital publishing industry and so on.On how to improve international competitiveness of Chinese publicationsand reverse deficit situation of the copyright trade and the existing impediments in export process of the Chinese publishing industry, combined with the successful experience of Britain and South Korea in export trade publishing, the paper puts forward to promote the Chinese publishing industry export development Strategy from the state, industry, company. Firstly, at the national level, including completing policies, improving laws and regulations,increasing financial subsidies, deepening publishing enterprise reform, and improving the international competitiveness of publications from the top level design. Secondly, fully exerting the power of industry organizations, including improving copyright agent system, building a platform to promote cooperation and make up for the promotion of copyright export trade. Finally, publishing companies, "blacksmith need its own hardware," including to expand the publishing industry blue ocean market in Africa and South America, enhance the quality level of publications, strengthen the development of qualified personnel, collectivize strategy and digitization etc and enhance the international influence levels of Chinese Publishing Industry. |
