Information technology has many advantages, such as high efficiency and low cost, compared with the traditional model, which is the reason for the introduction of the information system in all fields. All fields are trying to change the existing management model and management philosophy of the company through information technology, which also includes power companies. The electric power company has been in the core areas of electric charge and the personnel management information system is introduced, but in the power failure work order management is relatively backward, the existing model can only record the work order information, can not be distributed, low efficiency, serious impact on the processing power of the fault work order, based on the above reasons, promote the informatization construction of power failure work order management business has become the development trend in the future.This paper expounds the construction of electric power system fault work order process, functional requirements first clear the power failure work order system, the mobile terminal and the server is composed of two parts, the mobile terminal by the single fault management and security management of two parts,the server by the fault management, fault order management, statistical analysis and fault safety management in four parts, and set the performance index.Secondly, the system design is completed according to the requirement, including the function module division, the function detailed design and the database design.Then according to the design of the system to complete the construction of the system, the server uses Server2014 J2EE+SQL technology combination, the mobile terminal based on the Android platform, and SQLite as a data storage platform. The construction is completed, the power industry Android single fault based on a comprehensive test system includes two parts, function testing andperformance testing, test results are power failure of Android system based on the single deployment.Based on the current power failure Android single system has been built and deployed, after a period of operation, the power company’s operational requirements, can effectively enhance the fault work power company processing efficiency and management level.
