Telescope is the main equipment to detect space targets,at the process of target detection and tracking,requiring the system to quickly and accurately track the target.Turntable servo control system is the main component of the telescope,its control precision directly affects the telescope overall performance.In this paper,the telescope turntable servo control system is studied,design turntable servo controller,Active disturbance rejection control algorithm is introduced and simplify its design.The simplified active disturbance rejection controller is applied to the velocity loop,thereby improving the steady state accuracy of the servo control system.First of all,access to literature to understand the telescope servo control system development,elaborated the research significance of this topic,introduce the functional principle of the telescope servo control system.The design scheme of the telescope turntable servo control system based on DSP and FPGA is proposed.Secondly,the hardware circuit design of turntable servo control system is introduced in detail.DSP and FPGA as the core of the servo controller system.The hardware circuit mainly includes the encoder data acquisition circuit,PWM wave output circuit,LCD display circuitand so on.The software program of encoder data acquisition and PWM wave output is given,and use the Model Sim to carry on the function simulation verification.Then,the classic PID control algorithm and the typical active disturbance rejection control algorithm are introduced.Aiming at the problem that the active disturbance rejection control algorithm adjusts too many parameters,improve the active disturbance rejection control algorithm,reduced adjustment parameters.And the corresponding parameter tuning method is given.Through modeling and simulation to verify the improved disturbance rejection control algorithm for adjusting parameters and effects.Finally,the hardware platform for the telescope turntable for PID control and active disturbance rejection control test test.The influences of different algorithms on the control precision are compared by testing,and the control effect of the improved active disturbance rejection controller is verified,complete turntable servo control system design.
