| In recent years,with the improvement of people’s quality of life and social and economy development,commercial refrigerators,display cabinet,beverage cabinet and other commercial freezer popularization.But meanwhile,the energy consumption is increasing,that will intensify the contradiction of demand and supply of energy.Therefore the commercial refrigeration system needs enhance the energy saving,and work intelligently to adjust the cooling capacity,so that can keep on a high efficiency condition.In this paper,the design achieves the multiplexed refrigerated cabinet control system work intelligently.In this system,the temperature controller as the core to adjust the cabinet temperature,and according to the saturation evaporation temperature,pressure and other parameters,adjust the refrigerant superheat,optimize the cooling circuit efficiency.Use RS485 communication protocols to connect variable speed condensing unit and multiple cabinets to achieve synchronization defrost and monitoring,so that ensure the entire system running in the most optimal state of the most efficient.The temperature controller integrates power supply voltage,the upper outlet temperature,lower outlet temperature;defrost temperature,suction temperature,saturated evaporation temperature,saturated vapor pressure and other parameters detection.The relays on the board can control the compressor,defrost,fan,heater,light and alarm.It also integrates the electronic expansion valve drive module and Wi-Fi module to achieve multi-function remote control.Moreover the controller is also equipped with a very compact white LED digital tube,not only can display the temperature,but also can display the system fault code,help users and engineers to troubleshoot in a timely manner to reduce system maintenance time and improve the quality of maintenance.This control system can pass the EFT test,ESD test,conduct and radiation test and other standard function tests,so that meet the all the technical requests for intelligent refrigerator system. |
