With the continuous development of information technology,human society gradually transits to the information society.The way of higher vocational employment services has also begun to change,no longer the traditional way of services,achieving to be informatization and networking gradually.However,the construction of higher vocational website is a universal objective problem in higher vocational colleges.Although the Ministry of Education has been constantly urging the construction of higher vocational college employment service network,there are still many big problems in the construction of higher vocational employment service system.Some employment services are built suddenly and temporarily,basically based on web pages lacking of systematization.In addition,parts of the systems are prone to paralysis when facing with large traffic.So it is of great necessary to introduce information technology into the construction of employment system in higher vocational colleges to realize a scientific,advanced and stable employment system.The development and application of employment management system in Hunan Vocational College is based on the information construction plan of the institute of the management,which is aimed at solving the problem of graduates being on the rise and the bigger working pressure due to the expanding enrollment of the college.The employment system is designed systematically based on its analysis of the demand.The system has been designed and developed according to the project development’s standards and requirements,applied with the idea of modularization and standardization,and used the mainstream advanced technology,to guarantee the stability and advancement of this system.The system is developed based on the ASP.Net platform,using B/S model,which solved the access bottleneck of the server side and the browser when the visit is heavy so that the system more stable and efficient.This paper introduced and analyzed the key technologies to be used in the system development,mainly introducing the ASP.Net technology,SQL Server and so on,and the data mining technology and associated Apriori algorithm were also analyzed.According to the investigation and analysis of Hunan Mass Media Vocational College,the function module of the employment management system is designed,designing the system and using the technology of ASP.Net and the database of SQL Server to achieve and the employment data of the graduates being excavated and analyzed by the association rule algorithm in data mining.The system passed the test and operated officially,which improved the efficiency of college employment management and provided a strong support for the decision and analysis of the employment.
