| In recent years, the traditional newspaper industry has been under increasing pressure with the rapid popularization of Internet and the impact of new media development. In the intense competitive environment, it is an urgent problem that the traditional newspaper industry how to find a new survival way as soon as possible.At present,the newspaper groups at home and abroad have taken the strategy of omnimedia transformation when coped with the dilemma of paper media caused by the media environment change.At the same time,the newspaper groups have accumulated successful experience for their own development in practice. If people throughout Yunnan Province,although the existing newspaper groups have carried out investment practice for the omnimedia development,but still lack of system thinking,the comprehensive transformation thinking,and successful cases.In this paper,taking KS newspaper media group as the case studying. It uses many kinds of theories and tools to analyze and solve the problems in the process of implementing the omnimedia transformation and development., including the PEST model,Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model, key resources and capacity theory, and benchmarking and competitors analysis theory and so on. This paper will provides a feasible strategy for the omnimedia transformation and development of KS newspaper media group by drawing lessons from the successful experience of the newspaper groups at home and abroad, and it will helps the company to achieve the transformation from past simple newspaper operation to the omnimedia integration operation for enhancing its market competitiveness. At the same time, it will provides the enlightenment and reference for other newspaper groups through the case study.In summary,the research and conclusion on the omnimedia transformation and development of KS newspaper media group,which can not only expand the theoretical basis for the omnimedia transformation and development of the newspaper groups,and fot less developed Yunnan Province,but also expand the realistic basis of the local newspaper groups implementing the omnimedia transformation and development. |
