Study On Highway Road Administration Vehicle Dispatching Management System Based On Beidou System

In order to strengthen the effective management of highway patrol vehicles,and when there is an emergency,the highway managers will be able to control the scene of the accident in real time,and schedule patrol vehicles quickly and efficiently in the control center to guarantee the smooth flow of highway safety,this thesis puts forward the highway road administration vehicle dispatching management system based on Beidou system,which is mainly study on the highway patrol vehicle monitoring,dispatching and highways inspections and others,realizing the standardization and intelligence of highway management.This system is mainly applied to Beidou Positioning Technology,wireless communication technology,GIS(Geographic Information System)technology and wireless video monitoring technology,it has realized the real-time monitoring and scheduling for highway patrol vehicles.The system provides a powerful GIS function and perfect inquiry monitoring function,no matter when and where to carry out monitoring and scheduling for any target,it provides a strong guarantee for road transportation safety.The system gets the vehicle location information through the Beidou terminal,with 4G wireless network as communication platform,realizing the visual management of expressway network by GIS technology,the management platform of this system is developed by Microsoft.NET Framework 4.0 architecture and B/S model,it has good maintainability and scalability.According to the requirements,the highway vehicle dispatching management system based on Beidou system with many functions like real-time monitoring,emergency dispatch,highways inspections,law enforcement forensics,report management,system management and so on was designed and implemented.The actual application shows that the system provides a convenient,fast and efficient management platform for highway managers,it realizes the intelligence of operation,the fairness of highway law enforcement,and the security of highway data.
