With the rapid development of social economy and continuous renewal of wireless network technology,information technology has a profound impact on the development of smart home industry.Intelligent socket control has become an important research subject and direction in the market of smart home.When researching the control system of WiFi intelligent socket,some drawbacks of products such as instable communication,non-uniform technical standards,feeblish interaction and defective system security are discovered.Based on the technology of WIFI wireless communication,Android,embedded system,multi-thread,hole punching and other advanced technology,a design of intelligent socket control system is given.Achieving switch,timer and query functions of intelligent socket in LAN and WAN environments,this design provides a low-priced,stable-communicational,full-featured intelligent socket control system for the family.The intelligent socket control system is composed of three parts:the intelligent socket hardware,the mobile phone APP and the server.The details are as follows.Firstly,design the hardware and develop the software of socket.The production of intelligent socket is designed by three steps:select Atmegel6 microcontroller as the core processor of socket;connect the WIFI,transformer,relay and other modules to the peripheral circuit;install the shell of socket.The circuit board of intelligent socket is welded by the way of "tin",which effectively isolates the strong current and weak current and improves the security of the system hardware.In addition,the software makes use of the "watchdog" function of the single chip to ensure procedural security of single chip.Secondly,design the communication protocol and server software.In order to avoid instability in communications on account of non-uniform technical standards,this thesis presents a set of communication protocol for intelligent socket control system,which could effectively reduce the packet loss probability.Besides,hole-punching techniques is adopted in server software,in which case,the communication of mobile phone and socket in control system can be established through server in wide area network environment.Then,the mobile phone APP is designed to realize the remote management of smart home system.Mobile phone APP adopts socket communication mode and configurates UDP connection in the embedded network.Users can realize switch,timer and query functions of the smart socket by operations on the phone APP.Finally,this thesis tests the various functional modules of the smart socket system.Test results show that the intelligent socket control system designed in this paper can stably receive data,achieve the expected design requirements of the system and lay a foundation for the development and application of the actual product.
