| The core idea of ADRC technology is to treat the external effect as the disturbance,and estimate and compensate all the disturbances to achieve ADRC by nonlinear error feedback control strategy.This algorithm breaks the "internal model principle" and "absolutely the same principle" used by tranditional control strategies.In this paper,the ADRC control strategy is introduced and is applied in the PMLSM control system.However,the results show that owing to the unsmooth curve of fal function of the nonlinear error feedback part,the output of the net amount of control exists trembling.It disturbs the ESO to estimate accurate disturbances.Occording to this problem,an improved ADRC algorithm is proposed.The main contents of this paper are as following:1.The working principle of ADRC is analyzed,and the strategy is used in the speed control of PMLSM,in which,ADRC algorithm uses tracking differentiator TD to arrange excessive time,uses state observer ESO to estimate unknown system disturbances",and uses NLSEF to achieve nonlinear compensation.Then,the simulation model of PMLSM control system based on ADRC algorithm is built in Matlab/Simlink.The simulation results verify the ADRC algorithm has fast response and no overshooting.2.The improved ADRC algorithm is proposed,which uses TD2 to remove outliers from the real value,and extracts the effective control from the noisy signal.The PD instead of NLSEF to solve the output net control curve shaking.The output of TD1 is compared with the output of TD2 directly to make sure the extended state observer can accurately estimate the total disturbance.Then,the simulation model of PMLSM current control system based on the improved ADRC algorithm is built in Matlab/Simlink.The simulation results verify the ADRC algorithm has accurate response and no trambling.3.The experiment system of PMLSM control system based on ADRC algorithm is built.The feasibility of PMLSM control system based on ADRC algorithm is verified by experiments results. |
