At present,China’s manufacturing industry is in a stage of transformation and upgrading,constantly convert from manufacturing to service.The contradiction of the manufacturing resource scheduling optimization inequality seriously hindered the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in our country.Cloud manufacturing as a new manufacturing mode of service-oriented,provides a crack for the manufacturing resource scheduling optimization inequality in China.Cloud manufacturing resource scheduling optimization as one of the key technologies of cloud manufacturing system,is the core technology for reflecting the cloud manufacturing resource sharing,real-time dynamic,fault tolerance and so on features.Combining with the results of previous literatures,this paper we launched a research of workshop manufacturing resources scheduling optimization considering the supply chain in Cloud Manufacturing environment.Firstly,elaborated the research background and research significance of cloud manufacturing,and introduced related research and application status quo of cloud manufacturing at home and abroad.The cloud manufacturing definition,characteristic,development needs and operation principle were discussed.And the cloud manufacturing resource scheduling optimization and distributed networked manufacturing reso urces scheduling optimization were compared.Workshop manufacturing resources scheduling optimization problem considering the supply chain in Cloud Manufacturing environment was described in detail.Two possible conditions including no wrong manufacturing resources and wrong manufacturing resources were put forward.Dynamic and closed Cloud Manufacturing workshop manufacturing resources supply chain scheduling optimization model figure was designed.Then primary model and the eight goal of optimizing model were presented.Secondly,given the optimization model is a multi-objective optimization problem in this paper,and the shortcomings of existing cloud nanutactring resources optimization method,a multi-objective optimization method based on Fuzzy Sets Relative Entropy was proposed.The establishment of fuzzy set of multi-objective evolution,quality criteria of multi-objective evolution and the model of algorithm evolution were given in detail.Establish multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on Fuzzy Sets Relative Entropy(FSRE_PSO),and put Fuzzy Sets Relative Entropy coefficient as the fitness value of particle swarm optirmization algorithm to guide the evolutionary algorithm.FSRE_PSO was applied to multi-objective optimization model in this paperFinally,realize the workshop manufacturing resources scheduling optimization in Cloud Manufacturing environment with FSRE_PSO.Verify workshop manufacturing resources scheduling optimization model in both cases no wrong manufacturing resources and wrong manufacturing resources.Using relative membership degree and function to primary manufacturing resources,and with FSRE_PSO to optimize manufacturing resources.The experimental results show that primary method with relative membership degree and function is stable and effective,and FSRE_PSO can obtain one better Cloud Manufacturing resources supply chain compared with RW PSO and NSGA-Ⅱ.The realization process of workshop manufacturing resources scheduling optimization considering the supply chain in Cloud Manufacturing environment effectively reflects the features of real-time dynamic and fault toleraince of Cloud Manufacturing model.
