With the acceleration of the construction of highway,tunnel construction is also constantly advancing.The problem that people pay special attention to is that tunnel lighting energy saving and supervision of tunnels,so the design of remote monitoring and controlling system of tunnel intelligent lighting plays a very important role in lighting energy saving and tunnel operation.The subject comes from Jilin Provincial Communications Department major project "The study of Changbai Mountain Heda highway tunnel and service area lighting energy-saving and wisdom control technology ".The main task is to design a"vehicle in,light brighten;vehicle out,light darken" intelligent lighting system for highway tunnel and a remote monitoring and controlling system for tunnel condition.In the intelligent lighting system,in order to achieve the purpose of "vehicle in,light brighten" and "lighting on demand",software of tunnel entrance substation takes ambient exterior brightness,speed,traffic volume and other information as input parameters based on vehicle behavior perception sensors and the environment information sensing sensors and calculates the required brightness for each segment of tunnel in real time based on tunnel lighting standard;in order to achieve the purpose of "vehicle out,light darken",the software captures real-time images from cameras inside the tunnel and make image processing to calculate that whether there is a car inside the tunnel.The result that there is no car inside the tunnel is one of important conditions to adjust tunnel lighting to a low power state.In the remote monitoring and controlling system for tunnel condition,to achieve the purpose of"remote monitoring and monitoring",the client software can communicate with software of tunnel entrance substation by Socket,so users can grasp tunnel operation information through the interface operation and control operating parameters and lighting mode of the tunnel site.The client software can also query the tunnel operating history data,such as hardware logs and so on,through remote access to the database.This paper completes the design of software of remote monitoring and controlling system of tunnel intelligent lighting.The software is divided into three parts:software of tunnel entrance substation,software of monitoring bureau and software of monitoring center.Among them,each tunnel runs a set of software of tunnel entrance substation which is responsible for communicating with every equipment internal and external the tunnel;every software of monitoring bureau is responsible for monitoring and controlling 3 tunnels remotely which realizes functions of remote monitoring and controlling and viewing the data;every software of monitoring center is responsible for monitoring and controlling 6 tunnels remotely which realizes function of viewing the data without the function of remote monitoring and controlling.The system has been applied to experimental tunnel.The result of trial operation shows that the designed remote monitoring and controlling system of tunnel intelligent lighting is stable,it can adjust the brightness as needed according to the environment information detection and vehicle behavior information perception of the lighting and realize functions of " vehicle in,light brighten;vehicle out,light darken"and remote monitoring and controlling.The energy saving effect is obvious.
