Friction exists widely in all aspects of our lives,clarify the mechanism of friction mattered much.This paper aims to design a friction-wear test servo machine with special character.The SIEMENS PLC was used to realize a closed-loop control servo system for loading,combined with three-dimensional high precision force sensor.A NI DAQ(Data acquisition)card was used to collect the experimental data.General requirements for the friction-wear test servo machine was high sensitivity,high stability and high precision,which can realize continuous data acquisition.The thesis mainly includes the following several parts:(1)List the design requirements and parameters of the friction-wear test machine.Based on the function of the friction-wear test machine,we designed an overall solution,listed a topology diagram between different parts and drew a three-dimensional model of this machine.(2)Overall analysis and delicate engineering calculation of the mechanical structure for the friction-wear test machine.In this part,we mainly focused on design and calculation of XYZ axis servo-system.XY axis servo-system should run stability in the case of meeting the limit load.Z axis servo-system and load mechanism should load dynamic load steady.Based on the above requirements,the main parameter calculation,selection of servo motor and ball screw mechanism are presented.(3)Introduced the motion control and data detection system of the friction-wear test machine.Emphatically introduction the method of motion control,PLC program,the way collecting data and type of sensors.(4)Static and modal analysis was employed for friction-wear test machine in case of insufficient structural strength and mechanism resonance.The SolidWorks was used to establish a three-dimensional simplified model.The model was imported in the ADAMS for dynamic analysis.Combined with Matlab/simuink,the servo control system was built to verify the feasibility of the design parameters and provide the basis for parameter adjustment by co-simulation.
