Based on the wavelength-selection control theory for microstructures,the paper discussed the control of the spectral characteristics of micro structures on two aspects,periodic micro-cavity structure of metals and the design of multichannel-stealth compatibility.the paper analyzed the effect of material and structure on the spectral characteristics of the microstructures.for the target of multichannel-stealth compatibility for visible light,infrared and laser,by combining the film with the periodic micro-cavity structures,the paper designed a kind of micro-structure surface that is compatible with multi-channel stealth.Based on the theory of Fraunhofer diffraction and diffraction grating equations,the paper established a Bidirectional-Reflection Distribution model of the micro-structure surface,and analyzed reflective distribution of the micro-structure surface at oblique incidence.For the target of the ballistic missile’s warhead,the paper,firstly,established the temperature calculation model of the target with micro-structure surface,secondly,made comparison of the target’s temperature distribution between the original surface and the micro-structure surface at the same time,and finally studied the influence of different emission dates on the temperature distribution of the target with the micro-structure surface.By establishing the calculation model of the infrared radiation flux and considering the relationship between incident angle,incident wavelength and the spectral characteristics of microstructures,the paper used the Inverse Monte-Carlo method to simulate the target’s detection-image in the infrared band,compared the difference of the target’s infrared-image between the original surface and the micro-structure surface,calculated the infrared-image and the circumferential detection power of the target with the micro-structure surface in different states,time,detection directions,and then analyzed the influences of the micro-structure surface on the infrared stealth of the target.The results showed that firstly,the micro-structure surface has a positive effect on the target’s temperature-reduction,secondly the infrared-image of the micro-structure surface is also darker than the original surface,thirdly,especially in the 3~5μm band,the infrared-image of the outline of the target is not obvious,fourthly,the infrared-image of the target flickers with the rotation of the detection azimuth angle,and finally,the circumferential detection power of the micro-structure surface is much smaller than that of the original surface,which significantly reduces the infrared detectability of the target and indicates a good effect on the infrared stealth,.In a word,the research of this subject is of great significance for the design and evaluation on infrared stealth.
