Design And Implementation Of Street Agency Office Management System

For the Sub-district Office,the more important goal is to improve the implementation of the work of the higher level of work arrangements and office efficiency,improve their image.Therefore,it is necessary to develop the information construction of the office of the Sub-district Office.How to use information technology and standardized management method to effectively play a street of administrative functions and administrative levels,improve the work efficiency of the Sub-district Office,improve their own image,is a street to face an important issue.A street need to build office automation system,digital,network office,as a research background,this paper will analyze business needs and describes the design and development process of the office automation system applied to the county street.This paper first introduces the background and the development of the office system of the street.After that,the paper analyzes the feasibility and performance requirements of the system.The system is divided into official document management,workflow management,administrative management and other modules,and detailed use case analysis and design.Finally,the implementation and testing of the street office management system are described.Through testing,the system can run normally.In this paper,based on the platform,the paper studies the street office platform based on J2 EE platform.The system is based on the B/S model,the main frame is the SSH framework,which is not only easy to maintain but also has good scalability.The establishment of the street office system can realize the automation of the street administration office,making the Sub-district Office more simple and convenient.The realization of the system will help to speed up the information flow in the Sub-district Office,integrate the resources in the Sub-district Office,comb the internal management processes,and improve the working efficiency of the Sub-district Office.
