| With the deepening of China’s medical information system reform,the medical industry is facing so many challenges,such as high medical costs,difficulty to see a doctor,and treatment ineffective.The clinical pathway,proposed as a comprehensive medical management model which solves the above problems,is used to reduce medical expenses,optimize the allocation of medical resources and provide patient satisfaction.However,the ratio of utilization in China’s clinical pathway pilot work is low.There are many reasons,one of the important is that,the infrastructure construction of clinical pathway information system is insufficient.This paper discusses how to use semantic technology to design a more intelligent and complete clinical pathway information system,it includes two parts research works.In the first part,this article propose a clinical pathway system modeling method based on ontology and process thinking.And,using this method,this article proposes a clinical pathway model named FPR model and discusses the design of it.The second part is based on the research foundation of the first part,it discusses the variation management mechanism of FPR model,it’s arm is to improve the usability of the system in practical application.FPR model is an abstract model of clinical pathway information system.It defines the blueprint of clinical pathway information system.FPR model is consists of three components,namely,flow process,patient information and reasoning machine.The advantage of FPR model is that the semantic ontology-based method can provide good support for external systems and external standards,and it can do well in clinical knowledge representation,knowledge extraction and knowledge mapping.The mechanism of process machine can provide a good way to simulating the process of clinical pathway practices.It also can record patients’ information in real time so has the capacity to provide decision support when the variation occurs.This study also includes the development work of a real FPR clinical pathway system.Based on the FPR model,this system completes the ontology mapping of the heterogeneous data sources,and validates the effectiveness of variation monitoring and decision making support. |
