Today, wireless network is applied widely, and becomes the main way to connect the Internet, but it has some other problems such as variable resources, high error rate,so it needs a better transmission control mechanism. This thesis proposes an efficient wireless communication solution according to the requirement above. The solution mainly includes two parts: bandwidth allocation optimization and cross-layer protocol optimization. The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)optimizing the bandwidth allocation. This thesis proposes a new bandwidth allocation strategy, which divides the business into three levels. The first priority is uesd to adapt to the most important business in order to ensure the quality of its transmission; The second priority business is just worse than the first priority but it also needs some bandwidth assurance; The third priority business is the lowest, and it will get remaining bandwidth after meeting the first business and the second business.(2)optimizing the transmission channel. This solution adopts a cross-layer improvement scheme, which enhances the information interaction between the transport layer and the link layer by the cross-layer agent. The transport layer can obtain the information of datalink link directly,so it can perceive the network state timely and adjust the congestion window of TCP.Through the NS2 simulation experiment, the validity of the solution under special conditions such as harsh network environment and power interruption is verified, which solves the problem that TCP can not adapt to variable wireless resources.Achieving a multi-priority business bandwidth management platform with the architecture of TC + Cgroup + iptables, and verifying the efficiency of the bandwidth strategy by running the system and analyzing runing data.
