3D reconstruction technology belongs to one of the important research content in computer vision.This technology is widely used in reverse engineering,cultural relics preservation,production automation,computer-aided medical care,virtual reality,augmented reality,robot application etc.3D reconstruction technology is divided into active and passive 3D reconstruction,in which the active 3D reconstruction technology based on structure light has the advantages of high reconstruction precision,high reconstruction speed and easy operation,and therefore become a hotspot in research of 3D measurement and machine vision,widely used in 3D reconstruction of the object.In this paper,based on the actual demand to design a set of 3D reconstruction system,which is based on binocular stereo vision,structured light and rotating platform.The principles and methods of binocular stereo vision,structured light and rotating platform have carried on the detailed analysis and experiment.The main research and innovation are as follows:Further study the principle of binocular stereo vision,camera imaging,binocular camera calibration,polar constraints,point cloud alignment based on rotating platform.On the basis of the mathematical model of binocular stereo vision and camera imaging,the forward intersection equation is deduced.In view of rotating platform axis calibration problem,this paper proposes a simple method of rotating platform axis calibration.On encoded structure light technology makes a deep research and experiment.Finally the encoding method of gray code combined with sinusoidal phase shift is adopted,at the same time a color sinusoidal shape is adopted to reduce the number of projection and shorten the acquisition time.In view of the actual experiment about the homonymy point-pairs have unequal phase situation,this paper proposes a phase linear fitting method,to improve the precision of the coordinates of homonymy point-pairs to sub-pixel level.In view of the parts of no pattern and self-occlusion,two all black and white images are projected to avoid the influence of random scattered point cloud around the tested object.On the basis of the analysis of the principle of the stereo vision and coded structured light,this paper designs software and hardware combined with image acquisition system,coded pattern projection system and rotating platform.Is testified by a large number of experiments,this paper design the 3D reconstruction system which has the advantages of high reconstruction precision,high reconstruction speed and easy operation can meet the demand of actual measurement.
